Q: What is your return policy?

A:

A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, salable condition. Please call us at 1 (888) 433-5275 or send an email to [email protected] to obtain your return authorization number.

Q: How will my order ship?

A: Your order will ship via the method chosen at checkout, most likely FedEx or USPS. For free shipping promotions, the item(s) will be shipped via cheapest way. In cases of an extra heavy or bulky order, we will ship via motor freight. Sometimes we do not have a product in stock and will need to drop ship it to you directly from our vendor. Shipping services available include ground, second-day air, and next day air.

We ship pharmaceuticals and vaccines the same way your veterinarian receives them. We pack cold ship items with frozen cool packs to maintain their effectiveness and are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Q: Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

A: FedEx and SpeeDee do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you need to ship to a P.O. Box, please select USPS (United States Postal Service) as your shipping method (if available).
