QC Supply accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), John Deere Financial, and PayPal on our website. We also accept payment through a third-party service Affirm. (Details about paying with Affirm as well as their fees, terms and conditions, and privacy policy can be found at www.affirm.com. If you would like to pay by an alternate method, please give us a call.
Q: I have a credit account with QC Supply. How do I charge to this account using the website?
A: On the payment page of checkout, select the "Bill To My Account" payment option.
Q: What do I need to do if I am tax-exempt?
A: We currently charge sales tax in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, & WY. Q: How do I cancel an order?
A:
To cancel an order, we recommend calling our customer service department at (888) 433-5275. You can also send us an email or live chat. Please make sure to provide your order confirmation number.
Q: Where can I find my order confirmation?
A: When you place an order with us, we will send you an email with confirmation and order details. If you have an account with us, you can view all of your orders on the Order History page located in your Account Dashboard.
Q: Where can I get a QC Supply catalog?

We can mail it to you! Visit our Request A Catalog page to order your FREE QC Supply Catalog, shipped directly to you.
Q: I would like to write a prescription to a client for one of your products. Where can I send a copy?
A:
Items requiring a prescription will be marked with a (R/x) online, and cannot be ordered from our website. You can email your prescription to [email protected] or fax it to (402) 352-8825. Be sure to include who it is for (name, address, or customer number) and a sales order number, if available. Once we have the prescription, we will process and ship the order.
Q: How many of these will I need for a pen of 12 pigs?
A: We need to know the size of the pen to answer this question. Please call our office with the dimensions and we call further assist you. 888.433.5275.
Q: Up to how long does it take the warehouse to receive an item that has been back-ordered?
A: Depends on the arrival of the product but we make every effort to ship back ordered items the same day or the next day.
Q: How do I add items to a requisition list I made? It's only allowing me to select a wish list.
