HerdStar® HouseLINK™ Proportional Output HL-10P

The HerdStar® HouseLINK™ Proportional Output HL-10P is designed to integrate BinTrac® feed bin weighing systems with compatible third-party house and environmental controllers. By converting digital bin weight data into a proportional 2–3 mV/V signal, the HL-10P simulates analog load cells, allowing real-time feed inventory data to be displayed directly within supported control systems. This integration helps producers improve feed management, monitor usage trends, and automate reporting across poultry, swine, and livestock operations.

Engineered for seamless compatibility with Rotem® and other supported controllers, the HL-10P receives power directly through the controller excitation circuit and connects easily to BinTrac® systems. The interface helps isolate the feed bin scale system from the house controller for improved protection and system reliability. Designed for agricultural environments, the HL-10P delivers dependable communication and accurate proportional output for advanced feed monitoring applications.
