Plasson® Compact Adult Turkey Drinker

Made of high-impact plastic to withstand the rigors of daily use, the Plasson Compact Adult Turkey Drinker provides a constant supply of fresh water for adult turkeys, ducks and geese. It has a significantly smaller surface yet maintains all of the other benefits of a Plasson drinker.

Self-cleaning, the breeder operates on low water pressure. Designed to ensure a constant water level and a dry floor, its sensitive system is activated when a bird drinks as little as 1/3 oz. of water. The drinker may be looped in a series for brooding. Approximately 10-12 drinkers accommodate 1,000 adult birds. Includes a 10' hose and barbs. Additional parts are available.

Instructions for Use

1. Fill ballast bottle 1/2 to 3/4 full of water and antifreeze. This will help prevent freezing during cold weather.
2. Insert the hanger rod through the hanger ballast nut and screw onto the ballast bottle.
3. Put the bell over the ballast hanger rod.
4. Place the mechanism assembly onto the hanger rod and snap into place on the bell.
5. Put union onto the mechanism and attach hose.
6. The water level adjuster is the top nut on the mechanism assembly.

Notes: If wet litter develops around the drinker, check the following

• Is the water pressure too high?
• Is the water level in the bell trough too high?
• Are the drinkers raised high enough?

Pair with a regulator - QC Part #120161 or QC Part #122077 for best results when attaching a Plasson Bell Drinker directly to a water source.
