My package arrived with one end open and nearly every part of the four waters I purchased was damaged and had missing parts. The missing parts were replaced at no charge and a small token amount of money was deducted from the shipping cost, which is already too high.
The Waterworks worked fine after I bent some of them back into shape, but I don’t feel like this situation was resolved in a timely manner or correctly. The offer to reduce a fraction of the inflated shipping cost was borderline insulting. I needed the waters so I had to settle for less than adequate customer service.
