HerdStar® HouseLINK™ Low Voltage Proportional Interface (HL-10P LV)

The HerdStar® HouseLINK™ Low Voltage Proportional Interface (HL-10P LV) is designed to seamlessly connect BinTrac® feed bin weighing systems with compatible third-party environmental and house control systems. By converting digital bin weight data into a proportional 2–3 mV/V output, the HL-10P LV simulates analog load cells, allowing producers to integrate real-time feed inventory monitoring directly into their existing control systems.

Engineered specifically for low voltage applications, the HL-10P LV is compatible with Maximus® control systems when connected through the appropriate scale card. The interface allows operators to monitor feed usage, feed deliveries, and inventory levels directly from their house controller while maintaining isolation between the bin scale system and the control equipment. Its compact design and straightforward installation make it ideal for poultry, swine, and livestock operations looking to improve automation and operational visibility.
