- pH control and adjustment
- Oxidation of iron, hydrogen sulfide, and manganese
- Disinfection and sanitation
- Corrosion and scale prevention
It’s widely used across water conditioning, agriculture, industrial processing, wastewater treatment, cooling towers, irrigation systems, metal finishing, and commercial pool maintenance.
How It Works
All Stenner metering pumps feature a 3-point roller design within the pump head that acts as a built-in check valve, preventing backflow, siphoning, overdosing, and loss of prime. As the motor shaft rotates at a fixed RPM, it drives the adjustable feed rate control, which engages the roller assembly.
The rollers compress the flexible pump tube, capturing and moving the chemical solution forward. As the tube returns to its original shape, it creates a vacuum—allowing the pump to self-prime and deliver a steady, consistent flow regardless of outlet pressure.
Output Control
Pump performance is determined by three key factors:
- Motor speed (RPM)
- Feed rate setting (5%–100%)
- Pump tube size
The pump is constructed with three detachable components—motor, feed rate control, and pump head—making it easy to service or adapt to different applications.
What is a Peristaltic Pump?
A peristaltic (tube) pump uses a rotating roller assembly to compress a flexible tube, creating a vacuum that draws and moves fluid through the system. This design allows for self-priming operation and isolates the chemical within the tubing for cleaner, low-maintenance performance.
