Prevent the spread and the bite of mosquitoes with Pre-Strike Mosquito Torpedo. Use in birdbaths, water gardens, and other water-holding receptacles where mosquitoes breed and lay their eggs. Packaged in a three-pack of Mosquito Torpedo tablets.

This eco-friendly larvicide product contains an insect growth regulator (IGR) that prevents mosquitoes from developing into breeding, biting adults. Simply drop Pre-Strike Mosquito Torpedo into areas with standing water in order to attack mosquitoes right at their breeding grounds. They feature a slow-release formula that provides protection for up to two months.

Application Rate: 1-2 torpedoes per 1,500 gallons of water

What I love about the Pre-Strike Mosquito Torpedoes is that they WORK

What I love about the Pre-Strike Mosquito Torpedoes is that they WORK. These torpedoes do not break up in pieces and dirty the water by floating all over. They sink to the bottom and slowly dissolve. I actually lay a rock on top of them when using them in my deer/wildlife tubs, just to make sure they don’t get bothered with by the critters. Same in my birdbaths, so birds and bees can land on the rock and I can clean out the dirty water while not sweeping out the torpedo. I’ve used these for years and tried lots of different brands & types, but these are the best!

The Pre-Strike Torpedos are the best product I’ve found in this category. Not only are they effective, they also don’t break up and float all over the pool of water. I use it in my water trough as well as my birdbaths. I weigh them down with a stone, just so birds or livestock don’t accidentally push them out of the container. They last about a month each. Been using them for years and still a favorite.

these work great in my horses’ water troughs. the got harder to find, but QC always has them in stock for a good price.

Love This Stuff

I use it in my horse troughs. I feel confident I'm not adding to our mosquito population. I just wish it came in a brighter color so it's easy to fish out before changing tank water! Purchasing from QC Supply also saves me money than what is available in local retail stores. Arrived quickly.
