Cheaply Made. Tried to unscrew it and it sheered off.

I was super disappointed with this product. It cost me nearly $100 after shipping. It arrived and I thought it felt pretty cheap. I got it all hooked up and noticed a small leak on the inlet side. I thought maybe I needed a little more thread tape. In hindsight I think it was leaking from a seam where it had a poor plastic weld/glue. I tried to unscrew it and the whole threaded portion just came right off. I had to rig something up just so I could get water turned back on to my house but I’m exploring other options. Just sucks to be out $100 and not even get one day of use.

It works

Works great for home poultry watering system.
Although, this is a replacement, the last one cracked at the gauge opening and started a small leak due to the cheap gauge design. Once the pressure is set, I'll think about replacing the gauge with a plug.

Great product!

This product is well built and does exactly what it advertises. I used it inline to reduce pressure from 65psi to 6psi for my chicken nipple waterers lines.
