Mold and moisture-resistant, this pellet bait can kill rats and mice in a single feeding. ContainsBrodifacoum, the strongest single-feeding anticoagulant available. Active Ingredient Brodifacoum is a highly lethal vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant poison. In recent years, it has become one of the world's most widely used pesticides. It is typically used as a rodenticide but is also used to control larger mammalian pests such as opossums. it is characterized as a "second generation" or "superwarfarin" anticoagulant. Brodifacoum steadily decreases the level of active vitamin K in the blood. Vitamin K is required for the synthesis of important substances including prothrombin, which is involved in blood clotting. This disruption becomes increasingly severe until the blood effectively loses any ability to clot.

Works against rats where others have failed

We have stepped through the baits and traps and such out there, going through what is offered in the big box hardware stores, etc. They were pretty much ineffective against the rodents, i.e.., bait disappears, rodents still there. We even had a raccoon regularly emptying all the bait stations and regarding the bait as a meal, and was never slowed down until we popped it with a pellet rifle. We tried Jaguar next, and almost immediately noticed the absence of rat foot prints on our grain bins, vehicle engines, and the raiding of the stations, by the raccoons, soon ceased. Definitely effective, glad to find it here, and at a very good price.
