Disappointing quality

Two of the sockets on the upper shelf were welded at an angle. We almost needed to bend the spacers between the two shelves to get them to go into the sockets. The wagon now sits well out of square. There is no way we will be able to remove the top shelf to be able to haul tall items on the lower shelf. Definitely not like the wagons we use at garden centers. We are very disappointed.
