The Hot-Shot Power-Mite is a hand-held prod designed for close-in work. Ideal for veterinarians, great for use on wet animals. The high-impact plastic case easily fits into your pocket. Moisture resistant. Includes two 9V alkaline batteries and a latigo carrying strap. Leather Holster is available, QC Part #50425, sold separately.

Great piece of equipment

Have had one since 1980 and only replaced the batteries about every 5 years.
Best one ever owned!

Good

Hot Shot Power Mite color not black. First day rubber button cover slipped inside won't come back out.Should go back to sliding cover like old one. Other than that works great

Wrong color.

I was disappointed when I recieved the product and it was blue not black as advertised. I was really wanting a black one hence why I ordered from qcsupply. However it did come in a timly fashion and they had great communication of where the product was in shipping.

I have one that I have had for at least ten years.....have not changed the battery in several years. still shoots a spark if I hold near the metal chute.

This product is junk. I've had two - thinking the second would last longer. Both failed within 6 months. There's no warranty. No one can repair them. The seller's website takes your complaint - but apparently could care less: they don't get back to you. DO NOT BUY.
