Was a perfect match.

Matched my sensor. However, I still have my current problem of the control box on the heater picking up a signal (low voltage) from it high enough to keep the gas valve open. After lighting the heater a dozen times or so, it'll stay lite.
As for as QC Supply, I'm very pleased and will shop with again.
