Excellent Durable Product

I have owned 4 of these connected to hoses on the four, year-round hydrants on my property. A couple of the older renditions had a nylon center that ultimately deteriorated. These newer ones with the metal center can be easily "field stripped," so to speak for cleaning. They easily stand up well to the 125 lbs of pressure coming in from the main supply to the property, unlike normal garden nozzles likely designed for household pressures of not much over 60 pounds. If I brought them in for winter, and kept them out of harsh sun exposure (high desert western Colorado) the rubber on the handle would likely not have cracked after 4 years. Nevertheless, that hasn't impeded the function of this nozzle. Given the durability, in my opinion, well worth the price.

Emaluation of nozzle

Had the nozzle about 23 years. Worked perfectly until the rubber started deteriorating on the handle and rubber cracking on the spout. Has stood up to freezing temperatures, being run over with the truck, [not on purpose ], leaks a little on nozzle and handle, but never tuned it up.
