Extend the life of your fan with the PowerTwist Plus V-Belt. Fenner Power Twist V-Belt - 5L 5/8" is a long-lasting, permanent upgrade from traditional rubber V-belts. Made of high-performance polyurethane elastomer reinforced with multiple plies of polyester fabric, it offers high strength and low elongation under load.  With the Fenner PowerTwist Plus V-Belt, you get industry-standard horsepower ratings, superior performance in challenging operating environments and easy installation. PowerTwist Plus V-Belts have the same cross-section dimensions as conventional endless V-belts and can be installed on existing pulleys with no changes in set-up. Excellent Innovation

This product allows easy repair of worn fan/alternator belts on tractors with the hydraulic pump connected directly to the front of the engine crankshaft. Turns a messy job into clip, snap, tighten and go! Thank You!

It would have been appreciated if an installation methods advisory had been included with the belts as I have not installed them yet, not understanding how to do it with the limited slack room available on this lathe. I can give the existing belts perhaps 1/2" of slack, beyond that I will have to remove the upper shaft in the transmission, yhe bearing caps of the spindle and lift the whole thing out of the top of the headstock, about half a days work coming out and possibly more going back in. Your web site is also suffering from a total lack of information on the subject.

So much superior than standard "V" belts

Every machine in my shop has these belts. So easy to work with. I ordered the 5/8" x 72" size for my Canedy Otto flat belt drill press (the driven pulley is 16" "B") & had to take out only 1 link. Vibration was drastically reduced. The QC Supply prices for these belts are the best on the market. Other suppliers are asking $10+ per foot. QC Supply's price is about $8 per foot. Thanks guys...

Super Easy

I switched to these belts several years ago. No need to keep several diferent sizes on hand, cuts vibration and there is no need to take the machine apart if there is a bunch of obstructions and brackets in the way (thread the belt through and connect it on the pulley).
