QC made a quick delivery. Product is much improved over the galvanized bowls it replaces. Highly recommend.

We had a bowl for many years that finally just wore out. This one has plastic parts that should last longer than the metal ones our old bowl had. I do wonder if a plastic center piece would be better than the galvanized one. We were glad to find this bowl!

I was really excited when I ordered this bowl for my Lab but will need to return it because it's too small for her big snout to fit in the bowl with the middle sensor bar there. I will try the larger size!

The plastic bowl is excellent, but the galvanized center piece tends to corrode after a while.

I had the galvanized version of this and it rusted through in 14 months. I have been using this one for a week. The plastic is thinner than I expected, but at least it won't rust. The hose connector is different than the picture. My old one had this hose connector which was brass I believe, the one I received is plastic. Not much of an issue, except the plastic probably cannot be tightened as much. With the old bowl I was able to fill it to the top with water. The new one leaked at the fitting when I raised the water level above the connector. Rather than trying to tighten the plastic nut, I lowered it back to just below the water inlet.
