The G-10 Conveyor Cart was originally designed for the turkey farmer, and is now being used successfully in other industries. Its revolutionary low side walls and high unload point make it easy to manually load product into the cart.
With the conveyor, you can quickly and effortlessly unload the product right into a skid loader bucket or onto an existing pile. Designed with you In mind, we developed a conveyor tank with low side walls that are approximately 30'' off the ground. This design is intended to decrease the physical demand of the person lifting and filling the tank.
The powerful steel conveyor will unload into a higher point, such as a front end loader. You only need to handle the contents once. At the end of the day your back will be happy that you own a DM G-10 Conveyor Cart. The G-10 Conveyor Cart was designed to unload through a standard 36 inch door. The unload point is high enough to conveniently empty the tank directly into a front-end loader. The thoughtful design will also allow you to unload over obstacles such as concrete walls and bushes.
Our electric conveyor unloads contents without the need to lift or pull. Just back up and hit the switch! Our carts are fully electric, utilizing two 12v 50 amp hour lithium batteries. This makes for a quiet ride with no fumes and provides enough power to make it through an average work day without a charge. All our carts are made from solid steel with an industrial powder coated paint finish, making them very strong and long lasting especially in harsh environments.
All our drive-axles come with an automatically engaging electronic brake to prevent free rolling for added safety. The G-10 Cart comes with a fully enclosed powerful 950w drive axle that can haul up to 750LBS. **Larger axles available and weight capacities available.
