These Hard Glass Heat Bulbs are built to last, featuring threaded glass and a durable brass base to help prevent separation. Designed for farrowing rooms, they provide reliable warmth for newborn piglets and chicks.

Please note: These bulbs are sold by quantities of 12 —

  • Must be purchased in quantities of 12
  • Perfect for piglets, hang the heat lamp about 20" to 24" above their space. For chicks, adjust based on temperature: in colder environments, place 18" to 20" above the birds; in warmer areas, 24" to 27" is recommended.

With the price of these everywhere else, you couldn't beat qc prices. Packaged great and awesome quality. I will def buy from qc supply again!!

Burn out quick

I like the price on these, but they seem to burn out rather quickly. Made in China

Good quality for the price. They can take some abuse if a ewe or doe hits them. It is nice that you can save on cost by buying them in case. The down side is the cost of shipping which was over 20 dollars. However, we will still order them again next year.

These are are the most durable bulbs I have used so far for the price. They don't bust or go out within a week like other low priced bulbs.
