How Radiant Heat Works

Radiant heat does not rise like hot air, instead, it heats anything in its path - up, down, or sideways - traveling in a straight line until it strikes an object. It is unaffected by gravity, and will not fluctuate temperature. This efficient heating alternative warms floors and objects, as well as the air in a room, similar to the way the sun heats the earth. As objects in the room become warm - chairs, floors, people - the surrounding air picks up heat by conduction and the entire room maintains a constant comfortable warmth.

Works great

Put two of these up in bathroom when I remodeled. Originally I was looking into radiant floor heat but these were about a third the price of a good floor setup so I tried them out. I'm satisfied because they do heat all the room surfaces including the floor. Shipping was pretty slow, over a month to get them.

Terrible Appearance

Units work fine, but they have a very exposed and cheap looking appearance. Being that it is made to hang close to the ceiling, you can see the unfinished mounting hardware, clips but worst of all is the exposed wire going to the unit. Very unimpressed and as a builder, I have to refund homeowners for the units. I will never use this brand again.

Works great.

Perfect for the application, easy to install, works great. Product did arrive with some marks that looked like blue pen marks on the front face but was able to rub them off without harming paint. Would buy again
