More about Brooder Guard
The Brooder Guard is a 18" high corrugated board. Used as a fence for starting chicks. Keeps draft down. 25' length makes 8' circle. (Does not include lamp, waterer, feeders or thermometer.)
Only mention in catalog was 18” x 250 foot. Order (3) rolls and got 25 foot rolls. Looked at placing another order for (3) rolls of 250 foot —- but the shipping on them via Fed EX was $186.00—more than the product! So I ordered (3) rolls 12 inch X 250 foot from Uline for $23 a roll—-plus shipping via UPS was only $36.00. So never again on the cardboard brooder roll. Dale
I have it and I wood buy it again
This product was ordered and delivered as anticipated. It was perfectly sized for the 50 turkeys that arrived a couple of days later. I'd order this product again.
These things are great. They're cheap and practical. I use them for pheasants. They start flying at 7 days and I roll up the guards and save them for the next group.
works perfectly for baby pheasants
