More about Algae Defense - Gallon
"CrystalClear Algae D-Solv is the ultimate solution for eliminating and controlling algae blooms in contained ponds. This EPA-registered algaecide is effective against stubborn string algae, planktonic algae, blanketweed, and more. Simply pour the solution evenly along the shoreline in ponds with vigorous aeration to decimate algae blooms fast. Reapply weekly as needed to maintain clear water. FOR BEST RESULTS: Manually remove excess algae before applying CrystalClear Algae D-Solv to increase effectiveness and decrease oxygen loss due to decaying organic matter. Do not use more than the recommended amount—one ounce treats up to 360 gallons. To prevent fish distress due to low oxygen, use only in ponds with 24-hour vigorous aeration. The active ingredient will not harm fish or plants when used as directed. Not for use in ponds with outflow or those containing mollusks or crustaceans.
