Rhini Shield™ TX4 is a bacterin toxoid for the prevention and control of atrophic rhinitis caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica and Pasteurella multocida type A and D, and erysipelas.

Directions/Dosage:

  • Sows & Gilts: 5 mL IM or SQ at 5 and 2 weeks before farrowing
  • Pigs from Vaccinated Sows: 1 mL at 7-10 days of age and 2 mL in two weeks

Great product

We have used this product for about four years now. It has helped us a lot with preventing diseases. We always make sure to administer this properly to our pigs so they stay healthy.

Rhinishield TX4

The piglet vaccines should ALWAYS be given in the neck muscles...I have never ever out of the 1000's of piglets I have vaccinated with Rhinishield TX4 or any other vaccine for that matter had any issues when the vaccines are given properly.

No good!!!

Gave piglets a shot of this vaccine, now there legs stiffened up, they cant walk!!! Before the shot they were running around fine!!!
