ThisDilution Solutions 14 GPM 3/4" Flow Restrictor will limit the flow of water or drinking fluid in the pipe. It is recommended to install a flow restrictor on the inlet side of the Dosatron unit if there is any possibility of overflowing the unit.

I can't install this.

All this "flow restrictor" does is choke down the pipe size to like 3/8th of an inch or even less. I could have just plumbed my whole irrigation system in 1/4" and saved a lot of money. I could have just bought a little tiny Dosatron. If I install this it's going to kill my pressure. In a real world installation, There's no way 14 gallons per minute is going through that tiny little whole. Never!
