Great fan

We wanted black but the white is perfect. This fan is a replacement for a Durafan that was 5 or 6 years old so the installation was very easy. We use this on our deck and it is lifesaver for our hot and humid summers. Love it!

Great Fan Very Quiet and Powerful ! Great Customer Service !

Love the fan. It is well built and exactly as described. It does oscillate if you want it to. It is a very heavy unit and requires a very sturdy, strong, support to mount it.
Also want to comment in the Excellent Customer Service I received. From QC Supply. Somehow when processing my order 2 got ordered when I only wanted 1. I called them and they sent me a return label to return the second one at no cost to me and that is a 57.00 shipping cost I believe. Then credited my Account. This is a real good company to do business with and very high quality products.

After hours of searching I purchased your fan and we love it so much we want another nearer the pool. Works and looks so great that our friends have asked for info. I recommend this fan to anyone needing a premium product at a reasonable price.

i bought 2 of these. I also agree that there is not nearly enough downward tilt, especially if you mount them high enough for a tall person to be able to walk under them.
I modified the bracket and yes the fan cage can touch the mounting arm if you tilt it too far. Just tilt it far enough as to not hit the arm.
All of this could be avoided if the mounting arm was bent in the opposite direction. Then there would be nothing for the fan cage to hit. Seems like a cheap and simple fix. Other than that they are great and I am ordering a third today.
