PN 120150 Solenoid Valve - works fine but I only installed them today

Hooked up the solenoid valves today and they work fine. I have the [****] VAC coil version with the handle for "Flow Control". I assume I increase the flow by turning the handle CCW just like a faucet??? I want the valve to open wide open when I apply 120 VAC but you cannot see any change inside the valve when you hear the click when applying voltage to the coil. Nevertheless, the valve seems to open. One will need to pass about 14 GPM when it opens.... It could use a spec sheet telling how to adjust the flow and perhaps a note that you cannot see the valve open when you look inside with power on the coil.
