All installation and service of these units should be performed by a qualified installation and service agency including the use of Modine’s installation and service manuals which are specifically intended for use by a qualified installation and service agency.

Designed for safety, Modine Hot Dawg Pressure Switches prevent the operation of the main burner when ventilation is restricted within the heater. After the restriction is corrected the pressure switch will reset automatically. Replace the pressure switch when needed to prevent unpredictable shutdowns and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Great Service

Started the Modine gas heater for the 2020 winter season and noticed the heater stopped working after 60 secs. The unit provides a error code thru the green LED. The light pointed pointed the issue to the pressure switch.
Saved $$ by first swapping out the pressure switch before calling for service call. QC had the part in stock, lower price, and delivered in ~ 5 days.
Very satisfied.

I was happy to locate this replacement part from QC supply at a more reasonable price than elsewhere, but I was not pleased to see that the replacement is actually constructed of the same plastic that crumbled and destroyed my previous pressure switch. I was looking forward to receiving a part that was of metal construction (as pictured on the website)
