What payment options do you offer?
QC Supply accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and open account orders (credit application required - download here) on our website. If you would like to pay by an alternate method, please give us a call.
I have a credit account with QC Supply. How do I charge to this account using the website?
On the payment page of checkout, there will be an option for open credit account.
I want to be billed for my orders. How do I open a credit account with QC Supply?
Download our credit application and fax it to 402-352-8825.
What do I need to do if I am tax-exempt?
We currently charge sales tax in the following states: AL, AR, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, & WI. If you are shipping to one of these states and are tax-exempt, please provide us with a valid tax exemption form. You can fax a copy to 402-352-8825.
What is your return policy?
A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, salable condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Please call us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your authorization number.
How will my order ship?
Your order will ship via the method chosen at checkout, most likely USPS or UPS. In cases of an extra heavy or bulky order, we will ship via motor freight. Sometimes we do not have a product in stock and will need to drop ship it to you directly from our vendor. Shipping services available include ground, second day air and next day air.
When will my order ship?
Credit approved, in stock orders ship in 1 day or less (excluding holidays). In most cases, orders placed during normal business hours will ship same day. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend may not ship until the following Monday. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will call you or send you an email to let you know.
How long will my order take to get to me?

Can I receive my order on a Saturday?
Saturday delivery is available with Next Day Air in some areas. If you would like Saturday delivery, please leave us a note with your order and we will contact you concerning availability in your area.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you need to ship to a PO Box, please select USPS (United States Postal Service) as your shipping method.

Where is QC Supply anyway?
I'm glad you asked. Our main headquarters is in Schuyler, Nebraska, about 60 miles west of Omaha. We have retail locations in Schuyler and Elkhorn, Nebraska. We have warehouses in MO, OK, MN & IA.
