Used to control the fan independently of the burner, the Modine Summer/Winter Toggle Switch Kit for Electric Unit Heaters has maximum rating of 15 amps @ 125 Volts or 10 amps @ 250 Volts.

In the summer position the fan runs continuously for ventilation with the heating elements controlled by the thermostat. In the winter position the thermostat will cycle the fan on and off with the heating elements. For use on the HER models only. May be field installed.

I bought this primarily for the summer/winter label which was bent, dented, and mangled the toggle and box you could pick up any where for $5 not a great deal
