Payment Options

QC Supply accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and open account orders (credit application required - download here) on our website. If you would like to pay by an alternate method, please give us a call.

We will charge your card at the time that the item(s) ship.

Currently our website does not accept gift cards. If you have a gift card that you would like to use, please leave a note with your order (during the last step of checkout) including the name and number on the card.

Taxes

Residents in Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, Iowa, and South Dakota will be charged sales tax. Actual tax will be calculated when your order is processed. Tax may vary from the amount shown on our website. Are you tax-exempt? If you havent done so, please provide us with a valid tax exemption form.

Shipping

Some items can not be shipped via UPS, due to size, weight and hazardous materials restrictions. Some items may also have additional hazardous-materials charges or oversize charges. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.

We strive to ensure shipping charges are as accurate as possible but in some cases these charges may be calculated incorrectly on our website. In these cases we will contact you with an accurate shipping quote before we ship your order.

Most pharmaceuticals will ship at a flat rate of $10 for KS, MN, NE, SD, IA, MO, and WI and $20 for all other states, regardless of the number of items purchased. We will determine the best method for shipment. During checkout you will see a separate shipping charge for pharmaceuticals. When purchasing $200 or more in pharmaceuticals, these items will ship for free.

When will my order ship?

Credit approved, in stock orders will ship same day if the order is placed before 12pm CST. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm CST or during the weekend will not ship until the following Monday. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will call you or send you an email to let you know.

* These expected delivery times are for standard shipping methods and are only an estimate. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be processed the following day. Delivery times are for credit approved, in-stock merchandise only. Excludes backordered items and items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

When choosing Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select, please keep in mind that only business days are counted. For example, if you place an order on Thursday evening and choose Next Day Air, we will ship the order on Friday and it will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available with Next Day Air in some areas. If you would like Saturday delivery, please leave us a note with your order.

Order Tracking

Orders that are shipped via UPS can be tracked from our website here, usually the day after the order is placed. To track an order that shipped via a different method, please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and returned in clean, salable condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Please call us or send an email to returns@qcsupply.com to obtain your authorization number.

International

International orders other than Canada will be processed by our International sales department. Please place your order on our website and we will contact you within 48 hours with shipping options and costs. We only accept credit cards for payment for online International orders.
