Comments about Deer/Wildlife Barrier:
As long as you don't mind the florescent green POW camp look, this is as good as it gets for deer fence.
We had deer bedding down in a patch of 70 tomatoes and needed to keep them out, and this is working very well so far.
We installed it using 10' pt 4x4 posts set down 3 feet in concrete, then installed a tensioned fence wire at the top of the posts in screw eyes. After the concrete dried we put tension to the wire and hung the fence on shower curtain rings about every 4 feet. Staples don't really work here in Vt because we have too many rocks, so we used the rocks to weigh down the bottom. So far so good, the deer walk around the outside and don't come in.
Durability and sunlight resistance remain to be proven, but at the low cost of this net, we can replace it every 3 years if we have to.
Now that I've worked with it I am sure we will expand our "deer free" zone.
