Residents in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming will be charged sales tax. The actual tax will be calculated when your order is processed. Tax may vary from the amount shown on our website.

Fraud & Loss Prevention

Most orders do not require identity verification.

Your order may require identity verification depending on your payment method. If your order requires verification, you will receive an email or phone call from us awaiting your response. Once identity is verified and approved, the order is taken off hold status, then shipped within 1-2 business days.

If Your Identity Cannot Be Verified, You May:

1. Provide a new payment card with a matching name & address
2. Ship to the billing address
3. Change your payment method to PayPal, with a PayPal-verified address; this only applies to US-based orders. Wire/Bank Transfers are also accepted
4. Cancel the order
