Icenator® Green

Icenator® Green is a non-chloride and non-acetate containing co-product of the grain industry. Lower corrosion rate than Icenator® Classic. All natural, organic and biodegradable. No harsh odor. Icenator® Green is 86.1% less corrosive than salt.

Be prepared for battle against snow and ice this winter with Icenator® de-icer/anti-icers. Apply before or after a storm; one gallon covers 500 to 1,000 square feet. Doesn’t refreeze, so it lasts a long time; freezing point is –85ºF. Has been tested and meets the standards of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers as non-corrosive.

Use For: Anti-icing (application before the storm), de-icing to break the bond at the road surface, pre-wetting to increase the effectiveness of abrasives. Melts ice and snow and works with mounted or hand sprayer systems, making it the choice for bridges, sidewalks, driveways and other concrete structures. Use at full strength for the highest effectiveness. Results may vary due to weather conditions. Made in the Midwest with corn grown by American farmers. Sizes: 5 gal. bucket or 55 gal. drum; 275 gal. tote is available upon request.
