This Lace Cut-Out Collar from Pat Dahnke allows you to transform your entire wardrobe with just a single item. The gold lace applique across the back and front sides gives a window to the color underneath. Part of the light brown leather collar is cut-out in the back, showing off whatever you have on underneath. This collar looks great over a tops, jackets or dresses of all colors. The bottom of this collar features fringe at its longest 22" long. One size fits all - no side seams makd this an easy to fit topper.
