The easy, economical method of dead animal disposal.

Patented solid-state heat control thermostatically cycles burner to maintain optimum burn temperature, the result is energy savings up to 65% on fuel consumption, approximately 1 gallon per hour savings. Unique spiral flame action travels the full length of the burn chamber for a cleaner, complete burn. Patented, special insulating refractory block liner reflects rather than absorbs heat, acting like an additional burner, resulting in hotter, more uniform disposal. Block liner replacements are available at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. Easy to use unit, simply load, set the heat control timer and walk away, reduces 100 lbs. of carcass to less than one gallon of ash. Pollution free disposal, meets or exceeds EPA guidelines. Biosecurity hazard concerns are virtually eliminated. Burning destroys potential spread of disease & keeps rendering trucks off your property. Heavy-duty cremators are built tough to last under the most extreme conditions. Shells are constructed with heavy-duty 3/8” to 1/2” heat tempered, continuous welded steel for maximum strength. Units are reinforced with 1” x 2” bars for extended life. Pre-cured liner withstands temperatures of 3000 degrees for extended cremator life. Direct fire afterburners are available, if required by local or state codes.
LP or natural gas burners are an available option.
Winch Kits are available on all units.
