The VP-151 concrete conditioner and etch removes soils, concrete laitance and etches concrete surfaces in one step. The VP-151 concrete conditioners will remove residue from strippers, solvent cleaners and degreasers and will also remove stains and mineral deposits in polymer floor coatings. The VP-151 Concrete Conditioner is safer to use than muriatic acid.

Coverage: 150 sq. ft./gallon (mixed 1:1 with water) or up to 300 sq. ft./gallon
