Ivomec Premix for Swine 0.02% is for the control and treatment of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, kidney worms, mange mites and lice.

Use Ivomec Premix for growing and finishing; mix 20 pounds of premix with 1,980 lbs. of feed to supply 1.8 gm of Ivermectin per ton. Feed as the sole ration for 7 consecutive days.

For breeding animals mix 100 pounds of premix with 1,900 lbs. of feed that supplies 9.1 gm of Ivermectin per ton. Feed at a rate of 1% of body weight for 7 consecutive days.

Requires a 5 day slaughter withdrawal.
