The Trojan® Big Blue IV heated waterer automatically waters hogs in winter and summer, inside or outside. The Big Blue IV waterers are fully insulated and economical. The waterer uses only about a third of the energy required by other heated trough watering equipment. The thermostat senses nipple temperature, not air temperature which controls heating elements on supply pipe and at nipple to prevent freezing even in sub-zero temperatures. This Trojan® waterer have saving steel shields at all nipple locations. Two drinking heights at 14” and 20” with front and top access panels for easy accessability. Each unit comes with 4 nipples.
