This Welder Comes Ready To Weld! With an amperage output range of 25-140, it easily handles a broad selection of solid mild steel or stainless, flux cored and aluminum wires.

The Handler 140 Welder can weld 24 gauge up to 1/4” steel. The built-in wire feeder and quick-release drive roll lever with built-in contactor eases use. This feature is an excellent safety feature which makes the wire electrically “cold” when not welding. The Handler Welder has four output voltage settings with wire feed speed tracking that provides for quick and easy adjustments for different materials and thicknesses. There are seperate “purge” settings to purge gas line and set flow rate without wasting wire. This welder has easy access to polarity changeover including storage holes for spare tips. There are dual groove drive rolls making it easy to switch between .023/.025 in (0.6 mm) and .030-.035 in (0.8-0.9 mm) wire. The Handler 140 Wire Welder has self-resetting thermal overload and motor protection

1 lb. spool of .030" (0.8 mm) shelf-shielded flux cored welding wire
