The MicroZone™ Heat Lamp and Heat Mat Control with its compact design is rugged and easy to use. A few simple settings is all that is required to automatically maintain the correct thermal environment helping to reduce pre-wean losses. Each controller has its own temperature sensor to accurately monitor the piglets' environment. You set the temperature control band and the desired temperature drop per day (power ramp) and the MicroZone Controller does the rest. One MicroZone Controller unit will manage up to 12 power modulators. At 120 VAC each Power Modulator can control up to 1920 Watts of heat lamps or mats. The MicroZone Controller will lower your electric costs with savings of 20%+ and extend the life of your equipment. Not only will the MicroZone™ Heat Lamp and Heat Mat Control give you rapid payback with the saving on your energy costs it will also save you money by reducing your labor costs.
