Designed to help handle and move livestock efficiently, the 24” Springer Magrath Stock Shock transmits a very low current to cattle and swine with a strong, instantaneous jolt. Includes a 9” flexible shaft that may be easily dismantled and repaired with an efficient electrical conduction. Overall length, 24”.

Well worth it!

Our 250 lbs. ram was getting increasingly territorial and defensive of his ewes. Just doing his job. I gave him one zap to the flank. Now he just has to see it and he runs away in a panic!

The "Yellow Wand of Reasonableness"

Seems plenty sparky! I can't comment on longevity, as I've only had it a couple of weeks. The shaft assembly took a bit to mount, as the rubber weather seal has a real tight fit. The 9 inch shaft is sufficient to induce some distance, yet work in close quarters.

screwed shaft into prod and even though you could hear and see the prod work the shaft would not shock - sent back to company

Extremely pleased

A little early to rate this product since I've only used it at one practice roping but was very pleased so far. The only thing I wish it came with as a strap to hang as well as a safety for the trigger. Holds its charge if accidentally hit button so anticipate getting zapped myself somewhere down the road.
