Just Twist II Clean — easy to install and easy to use inline water filter from Lakos®. TwistIIClean removes sand and organics as the water passes through the filter element. Periodic cleaning is necessary to optimize filter performance, reduce pressure loss and prolong product life.

When the filter element looks like it is filled with debris, it should be cleaned. Flush the filter quickly and easily with a 1/4 clockwise turn at the top handle begins the reverse flushing action. In a few seconds, all debris are backwashed off of the filter element and flushed out the bottom of the Purge Exit port. 

High performance backflow spin down filter with reusable SS 140 mesh (105 micron) screen offers unique backwash cleaning action without traditional ball valve. Dual threaded inlet/outlet either NTP or BSP in 3/4", 1" or 1 1/2" sizes. High flow rate and 100 PSI pressure rating for increased operating flexibility and minimum pressure loss.

Works great

Been using it for 7 years now and no problems. Easy enough to clean. Had a water softener break internally and flooded my entire system with resin beads. Bought this to keep it from happening again. Added bonus it keeps well water particles out of my system as well. QC Supply is great too deal with too.

Great Filter!

We use these filters in our Greenhouses to filter our water before running it into the irrigation valves because sand and grit will stop up the valves and they won't function properly. Since we started using twist to clean filters no more problems with trash in the valves.

Seems to work well

Installs pretty easy except the mounting to a wall. The mounting holes are in the middle of the unit so you have to make some kind of spacer to mount through. Not sure why they don't make it easy to mount

Great filter

I have this filters bigger brother that has been in service for about a year. It performs as advertised. Very easy to flush.

good filter, but...

Good filter, easy to clean, but red latch breaks off easily and without it filter is useless, tried tying valve in place, but this causes leaks at top, still haven't found a replacement.

Works great
