Ideal for greenhouses, livestock, swine, and dairy barns, QC Supply’s DURAFAN 12" Select Speed Shutter Fan removes and controls condensation, excess heat and obnoxious fumes. Features a totally enclosed motor with built-in speed switches and a 9' cord.

Includes a balanced aluminum blade, protected by a durable chrome-plated OSHA grill on the intake side. Its corrosion-resistant aluminum shutter comes complete with a tie bar to reduce shutter flapping and keep the shutters closed when the fan is not running. This fan is easy to install with no electrician required. Just mount the fan in the wall and plug it in. 

Cannot be controlled with a variable-speed controller

Great Purchase

I use the exhaust fan in my 8'x10' greenhouse/potting shed, it works great! Absolutely a wonderful purchase.

Pleased overall.

I purchased this fan to keep cool a 4x4x4 generator building that houses a 10,000 surge/8000 continuous wattage dual fuel (gas/propane) generator. So far I have spent only a limited time using the fan as I need to finish running an exhaust line outside. I think it will do a good job moving air from the building. There were a few scratches on the exterior shutters noted upon delivery. It looked as if the fan had been purchased and returned, and then resold. However they were not significant enough to concern me. The fan operated on all 3 fan speeds and otherwise looked to be new. I think it will meet my needs well.

purchasing the fan was easy fast and quick delivery. It was easy to install and it works great in my three car garage.

Quality product, but

Quality product, competive price, great service. I wanted to install this fan in a 10" wide block wall and mount the fan directly on the outside wall. If this is your plan, please keep reading. After breaking through the wall using the dimensions provided, I discovered the safety cage is larger than the mounting surface of the shutter. If this is your plan, you will need a larger opening and fabricate a box inside the wall to facilitate this plan.
